I am currently offering associate opportunities for therapists in training who are working toward licensure as Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).
This is a supportive and development-focused training environment for associates who are interested in building depth-oriented clinical skills while gaining meaningful hours toward licensure. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered, mindfulness-based healing modalities, EMDR-informed trauma work, and experiential approaches such as creative and nature-
based practices.
Associates will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and eating and body image concerns. This setting supports both structure and depth, offering opportunities to strengthen assessment skills, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention while developing a confident clinical presence.
I am especially interested in supporting associates who are curious about:
- Trauma-informed and EMDR-oriented work
- Attachment-based, client centered and relational therapies
- Integrative approaches incorporating mindfulness and experiential modalities
- Developing an authentic, grounded therapeutic style
- Working at deeper levels of meaning, emotion, and relational patterning
Supervision emphasizes ethical practice, clinical case conceptualization, and the integration of theory into real-world therapeutic work. Associates are encouraged to bring their own voice, curiosity, and developing professional identity into the process as they grow. This is a collaborative and reflective training opportunity for those committed to both clinical skill development and personal growth as a therapist.
